Remark: think that at the beginning of civilizations, e.g. 2500+ years ago, there were not much info;
Nowadays in USA, many Buddhist monks' ID (e.g. driver license, passport, State ID, ... ) are designed to be: FNU (First Name Unknown) + the monk's name; In Union of Myanmar, titles (e.g. Ashin (a.k.a. Shin), Sayadaw, U, ... ) are used instead of FNU (First Name Unknown); Radical194 is pronounced "Shin" linguistically;
Remark: a few monks WHO came to USA, and then converted from religious order (monk) to common civilian may have 1st name FNU; in Union of Myanmar, common civilian can be a monk by ordination (ordaining) for a limited time period only (e.g. a few days, a few weeks) but without monk ID (monk ID is issued by government, only for permanent monk); in Mahayana Buddhism, monk must be for whole life (refer to: there is no limited time period only by ordination event);
