Dental Implant;
dental floss daily is a must i.e. in addition to daily mouth wash and tooth brushing;
string with handle (dental floss) is recommended because daily (dental flossing (in addition to brushing) with string, dental flossing (rubbing) with string) everyday between teeth prompt (gum, molar) become NOT ONLY clean & hygiene, BUT ALSO harder surfaces (softer gum and molar can be easily infected or germ built-up); a "Tarzan" (this DOMAIN developer) 's remark: never flossed till 50+ years old, and a "Tarzan" think that twice-a-day tooth brushing is good enough, actually NOT GOOD ENOUGH, as results, this DOMAIN developer (a.k.a. a "Tarzan" at age>60+ years) has bridge, crown, implant, root-canal, ... therefore, daily dental flossing is a must; another remark would be: I checked my sinus signs (x-ray film reports (in common, White Color lines are sinus signs without density-data)), and I checked my sinus signs (x-ray film reports) after daily dental flossing, and I've realized that the sinus signs are gone away, and those unwanted sinus signs can cause NOT ONLY dental (diseases, disorders), BUT ALSO Head & Neck (e.g. Ringing Ear) disorder also, because unwanted infection can go through from upper (gum, molar) as sinus, therefore, daily dental flossing is a must;
。
twice-a-day tooth brushing with toothpaste e.g.
toothpaste with anti-bacteria (protecting unwanted bacteria (s) for 24 hours),
toothpaste with anti-cavity (decayed part of the tooth is called cavity),
toothpaste with anti-cavity (hole in the tooth is called cavity also, so dentist has to fill the cavity),
toothpaste with anti-erosion (i.e. not to have acid erosion effects),
toothpaste with anti-gingivitis (gingiva (gum) became smelly is called gingivitis, think like "ginger smell"),
toothpaste with anti-plaque (not to have plaque buildup),
toothpaste with anti-stain (a.k.a. whitening),
toothpaste with freshen breath (e.g. mint breadth without gingivitis smells),
toothpaste with protecting enamel (in common, White Color
enamel as outer exterior layer, And Then, Yellow Color dentin as inner
(interior) layer, And Then, Red Color pulp layer goes through inside of the
dentin), doko
WHERE
Crown area (top of the enamel + top of the dentin + pulp chamber), AND
Neck area (ending points of the pulp chamber + gingiva (gum)), AND
Root area (underneath of the Neck area), and pulp chamber
obeys C Sequence Number
(BF2), and ending points of the pulp chamber is ROOT CANAL begins and
only 3 lines (Artery

Radical370) + (
sutra, Buddha's scriptures)) =

+ Vein),
AND the same gum but next to cementum is called periodontal;
easy to remember e.g. artery + nerve + vein;
Remark: at the Root area, dentin's usage has changed to cementum (as same as dentin) but the diff is surrounded by "whether enamel or gum," on the other hand, cementum is surrounded by the gum (NOT surrounded by dentin);
Remark: (at the Root area + Neck area), the gum goes through (surrounded) next to tooth, between the bone and cementum; hollow parts of the abdomen is called abdominal cavity (good example would be the stomach), also see: a G T S U; s G T S U;
Remark: plaque e.g. Artery
plaque doko
WHERE calcium and cholesterol buildup (e.g.
atherosclerosis (approx.
age>55+ years, physical exercises are recommended i.e.
NOT
to have atherosclerosis, also see:

e.g. chronic
autoimmune disease can cause
plaque psoriasis (in common,
elbows' skin lesion);

mouthwash; e.g.
Chlorhexidine Gluconate (oral rinse), and its common brand names are P e r i d e x, P e r i o g a r d, ... ; antimicrobials class Chlorhexidine is indicated for gingivitis (a gum disease); in addition to (brushing, flossing) daily, mouthwash would be excellent!! self dental care;
Dx, e.g. (bleeding

Remark: vent patients
(breathing by ventilator),
NOT to have pneumonia, Chlorhexidine is also recommended to use;
twice-a-day (after breakfast once, And Then, at bedtime once), swish the oral rinse, approx. 30 second, approx. 15 milliliter (Remark: don't mix with any other Substance), And Then, spit-out;
consult your Medical Doctor (MD), if allergic to Chlorhexidine; if (dental crown, dental filling with porcelain, dental veneer) exist; because of "spit-out," no known drug-drug interactions exist, regarding Chlorhexidine Gluconate (oral rinse);
a "Tarzan" way would be: (oral rinse) with sea salt and water, if mouthwash medicine is not available;

things to do (as a Patient (Pt)); e.g.

8th. (bleeding, oozing) are normal during the 1st 24 hours; place a gauze (directly biting pressure) for 45 minutes, And Then, the patient can be leaving as an out-patient; provide printed POST-OP instructions to the patient; if bleeding continues, place a new clean gauze at the extraction site; if persistent bleeding exists, then moist tea bag, wrapped with gauze should be placed at the extraction site;
9th. swelling is normal during the 1st 72 hours at (adjacent facial tissue, the surgical area); (Black Color, Blue Color) bruising might appear at the patient's (face, neck); bruising and swelling recede (gradually, slowly) over by 4-5 days; on the 1st day of POST-OP (24 hours within only), placing ice packs (20 minutes on, 20 minutes off) over the affected area, i.e. one of the (Methods, Procedures, Techniques) to minimize swelling; after 24 hours, avoid Cold Application, instead apply (heating pad, warm facial compress) can decrease swelling; sleeping position (of the patient's head) can be elevated by using extra pillows for decreasing blood flow, i.e. one of the (Methods, Procedures, Techniques) to minimize swelling;

Remark: consult your MD, regarding (drug class (Opioid), pregnancy, serious interaction can occur if (Alcohol + Narcotic)) ... ;
Remark: surgical extraction of the tooth, And Then, bone craft should be done within 1 medical procedure, so patient will be with lesser medications;
11th. avoid water picks flossing (motorized + pressure pump) during the 2 weeks after POST-OP; avoid smoking during dental implant ((5, 6) months); avoid rinsing vigorously, during the 1 week after POST-OP; avoid heavy lifting for 3 days (after POST-OP Day); avoid electric tooth brushing during the 2 weeks after POST-OP; avoid (eating, drinking) hot foods during 24 hours after POST-OP; avoid (alcoholic, carbonated) beverages, during the 1 week after POST-OP;

14th. approx. 2 weeks, after the surgical extraction of tooth Number, Implant Placement should be (Dentist decides whether (proper time, right time) to do implant placement e.g. patient doesn't know tissue's conditions, e.g. patient doesn't know inflammation exists or not, e.g. patient doesn't know infections exist or not, e.g. patient doesn't know Vital Signs (Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, ... )), And Then, final prosthetic restoration e.g. the tooth Number's implant supported crown;
15th. after Implant Placement (tooth Number's Location), patient needs to wait for more than (5, 6) months, so adequate bone healing, And Then, final prosthetic restoration;
